should i steal here?

in this hand i was thinking the blinds are high and i need to steal a few. so i was on the button with Q4o BBT100 7handed and folded to me. i know the blinds are somewhat tight and i havent seen them make any major mistakes yet. should i even think about a steal here?

also post buy-in...anyway I like the play except for the fact that I would push instead of raising, ppl might have a tighter calling-range and if called u still win like 14% of the time while if u fold u have no chance of winning the pot.

stack sizes are more important than your cards here. you clearly seem to be ignoring your cards here (which is quite possibly correct) but you can't just blindly push because you think it might be agood time to. you have a lot of info given to you each hand and its your job to decide your best option based on all youre given.

if youre stealing a 3bb raise is usually incorrect

In this case I think its correct to 3x the BB.

should i raise 2x bb ? and if i get called abondon if the flop doesnt hit. or bet small into the flop?

I think its a fold. Maybe if there has been a ton of preflop aggresion up til now and the blinds are about to go up I raise but assuming a fairly avg situation I probably just fold.

I like to make it 275 in this spot. I do the same with big hands and steal and with any stack over 1000.

Its small enough that I can begrudingly fold if I want but usually is just as effective as a lager raise.
