Early rounds, early position AQ: limp, Raise or muck?

Carrying over from the discussion on this topic near the top and what has happened to me a couple times.

What is your play with this hand? I think it is too strong to muck but I am sure some here would muck it early.

Now as for limping. I have been doing this most often lately but have gotten burned a few more times than I would like with a flop of Q84 rags when I would have TPTK and make a decent bet. Get a caller and make a good size bet again. Then by the time I see he was the BB and had Q8o to take out 1/2 my stack in rd 1.

A raise of even 3X the BB will often get a hand like that to fold (even in the lower level SnGs).

And Harrington seems to advocate rasing with AQ but the Party structure does not always fit into his plays.

So for you, fold limp or raise with AQ early and what is your thinking?

95-100% of the time I muck this hand early rounds with poor position. Guess Harrington knows something I don't (which isn't much of a leap).

Limp and fold to a raise 2 or more times the big blind, or

Make a raise 2 or more times the big blind trying to steal, folding to a raise, or

Push in and take your chances. With 10 players alive and AQ UTG the first 2 options are best with maybe a 60/40 distribution of one or the other action.

I sometimes have a hard time mucking it. That's how I know I'm too tired to play.

I limp with it from every position in levels 1-2. The players at $22 will pay me off if I hit something. If someone raises more than minimum I am done with the hand.
