Importing Paradise Hand Histores into PT

Since I dont have a POP3 e-mail account, I guess i have to import my hand histories from paradise via text file, i've allready tried this but it didn't work. suggestions on what I should do?

Ok I just tried it, i got the importing to work but I think i have another problem. I have PT auto send me the paradise hand histories ever 20 min or so in my e-mail. So sometimes the e-mails have overlaping hands and when i import the text from each e-mail I think PT is importing some hands twice. Shouldn't it reconize i'm importing the same hand just disguard it? I can tell its doing something wrong but the amount it has showed in the win/loss column, its not the right number.
