Importing hand histories to PT via text file

Since I dont have a POP3 e-mail account, I guess i have to import my hand histories from paradise via text file, i've allready tried this but it didn't work. suggestions on what I should do?

I do it all the time. I have a gmail account and my hand histories go there. I save the email as a .txt file and import it. Works fine.

You should probably be more specific about what you mean by "it didn't work".

Well it was awhile ago, sorry dont remember. I think i saved the file and then went to import the text file and said nothing found or something of that nature.

Ok I just tried it, i got the importing to work but I think i have another problem. I have PT auto send me the paradise hand histories every 20 min or so in my e-mail. So sometimes the e-mails have overlaping hands and when i import the text from each e-mail I think PT is importing some hands twice. Shouldn't it reconize i'm importing the same hand just disguard it? I can tell its doing something wrong but the amount it has showed in the win/loss column, its not the right number.
