I order every single one of you that buys into a poker game for $50 or more and:
(1) has complained about having to pay $50 for Playerview, or
(2) used to use playerview but now use GT+ because you're cheap

... to punch yourselves in the nuts

Sthief makes a good general point.

Cheap people are rarely successful at anything...
And almost never escape the middle class rat race.

Because the sort of risk-taking and intelligent capital investment...
That results in business success...
Is totally foreign to a cheap person...
Who can only think in terms of "saving" 10 bucks.

On the other hand...
I UNINSTALLED PV after about 5 minutes...
Because it was buggy and unstable.

Technically...
There is nothing complex about...

(1) Scanning the screen for certain images.
(2) Reading an Access database.
(3) Putting the numbers on the screen.

A simple $50 program like this...
Should be properly designed and debugged.

I probably check out 100 programs a year.

If there are immediate problems...
It can't be trusted...
Delete and good-bye.

Is the consensus that PV is functionally superior to GT+? I don't really use either right now (perfomance issues, + PT data was becoming too big a crutch, but that's a whole other issue...), but I was barely able to get PV to work, while GT+ presented no real problems. But that was 3 months ago, so I'm not up on the state of either program, really.

Sheep.

You should just cut Amir in on a percentage of your winnings. Maybe then he can afford to hire someone with coding skills to fix his bugs.

You have to spend money to make money.

I stopped using PV since it was all buggy. Sure I love being able to get individual aggression on each street...I actually have been a GT+ user for quite some time (I dont play party much anymore, cant stand the software)...I actually like the program though, so until I feel the need to switch over...

Now if I could get PV to work with AP and PS then I would definitly think about purchasing it.

Edit: not to mention GT+ is about to go Open Source in a few days, so we will see what that brings.
