The OC is excellent TV, and I don't think one has to be gay to enjoy it. And I don't think my opinion is invalidated by the fact that YMCA was number one in the UK on the day I was born. I do think however that discussing recent plot developments online is more than a little sad in a high-school girl sort of way.

I think a couple of people are confused that im trying to convince you that the show is gay or something. Im not. I already know its gay. Im wanting you to examine your reasoning in watching what could possibly be one of the lowest points in human existence, no matter how well it compares to other television.

I actually agree with you. The O.C. is pretty gay. It's full of cliche soap opera bullshit. There are at least 2 times an episode where I laugh out loud thinking about how the writers couldn't possibly have been serious.

But I still really like it.
