I think that's just bad luck. I play everything the same except for the river, given the context of the hand I don't think he's reraising you on the end with anything less than a two pair. And since that last card puts the 3 flush on the board and villain took a line that could suggest hitting a flush, that's another reason I would just call instead of 3bet the river.

As posted above, hand converter = winner, and it is said that being able to see the outcome of the hand skews replies sooooo...
