I've been reading on this site for about a month and this is my first post. Some posters have great credibility and some seem to be lacking in common sense. I post regularly in season on the Chicago Cubs site [hence my name] On that site we vote for A p.o.t.w. DID YOU EVER CONSIDER THIS.
It seems to establish credibility to the good posters. Who would you vote for this week ?

I tried to vote twice and discovered that the voting software on this forum is much better than the Florida software. I tried SPM. Since you're from Chicago, I will leave it to your pals to make sure the vote goes the right way.

hey i tried to vote twice for myself and this stinkin new software wouldnt let me. lets get rid of mat sklansky. this anit fair.

Yeah, you can only vote once. I even tried logging out and voting as an anonymous, but it says you have to be a registered user. I hate this honest vote crap.

I just voted for SPM and he has a 4 to 1 edge on Ray. You need the proper odds to draw on him Ray and your holding is not that good. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif Best to just try and push him off the hand. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

I voted for SPM, too, Ray, but it was a mistake. I was confused because I naturally assumed with two names to vote for yours would be second using standard alphabetical order.

I just voted for SPM too, and since I can't bash Zee by voting twice, I'll add insult to injury by giving him a 1 star rating. Wait a second! We already have a system for establishing the credibility of the posters here. If Anonymous had been a choice, I'd have considered voting for him/her.

Why didn't you post that earlier? I have total allegiance to SPM. Until you offered $100. Why can't I vote twice?

Warning! Ray will not pay you anything. He just want's you to put up your addresses, so you get spammed to death. As far as I know, he does not keep his promises. This summer he said he was comming to chicago and got as far as michigan. Then he made excuses for not showing up, and picking on SPM. Vote for SPM.

mark, my post says very clearly what you would get.

i was going to come to chicago but found out you would be there so i cancelled my trip. so everyone has you to blame.

I voted for SPM, then tried to vote for him again. I was blocked. Does this mean that in order to run up the totals, I have to register multiple screen names?

Now, you use me as your excuse! /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif I seriously doubt that you will come to Chicago. The only way I could get you here would be to make a large bet. You would then come to see me lose the bet. But, I do have a bet with someone that you will not make it to Chicago in 2003.
