I play in a lag 20/40 game. Is a stardard deviation of 436.97 and a 39.27 win rate good or bad? Is the deviation too high for the game I take frequent 1000.00 dollar swings.

That's a very good win rate. It's almost certain that you're a winning player, but you shouldn't be disappointed if your win rate drops a bit since win rates that high are tough to sustain.

Loose aggressive holdem games tend to have very high standard deviations, especially if they have a lot of raising and reraising preflop. You're definitely going to have a high standard deviation in a game like you describe. Standard deviations in B&M limit holdem normally range from 6-10 BB, but in a very aggressive game they can be higher. As a strong player you may be making marginal raises that a weaker player wouldn't know to make, and you also play some hands profitably that a weaker player either wouldn't play or would misplay - those aspects of your game will make your standard deviation higher than someone who "just plays tight".
