BB in hand is a multi-tabler that I've played with on several occasions. I have seen him chase flush draws til the death many times, often with no implied odds. He will raise premium hands to 2$, play TPTK or TPQK for stack. He will call moderate raises with KQ KJ etc. and play pretty big pots with them. He isn't awful, just really chasey and pushes mediocre hands really hard.

In this hand, it is very likely he is on a flush draw, has AQ or KQ, or has a set. If he hit two pair he would raise because he is afraid of the flush draw, he'll probly call down with TPGK in fear of an overpair but wouldn't let it go.

With the pot size, standard push on the turn? He has 17$ left. There is no way in hell I am calling a big bet on the river if it is a spade with how this guy plays.

Definitely put him all in on the turn. If you put in $8 or $10 and he comes back over the top all-in, you won't be able to fold, so you might as well put him to a decision for his whole stack. If he chases a flush and hits it, then oh well, you'll probably take the money back from him later.

Put the tough decision on him rather than letting him put one on you.
