No way he has KK or KQ here, with either he would have reraised again on the turn. the only thing that beats you the way he played it is 77, with him being concerned about you having a better boat already.

I agree with xorbie that you should reraise more on the turn, because you gave him 4:1 or so odds to chase his draw, which is an easy call for him with implied odds. Given that you gave him good odds to chase, $6 was a good bet to make, you can reasonably assume that a hand that raises you on the river has you beat.

Supposing you made a bigger raise on the turn, you should indeed push here on the river, no card should scare you off and he'll be more likely to call with a second best hand if you're all in and the pot is bigger.

pot the flop and see what shakes out. you're in danger from KQ, a broadway draw, a diamond draw, any pocket pair hitting a full, and the case queen hitting their kicker. open trips is not that great of a hand.
