tight game

How do u win in a tight game although rare,still some games are tight.In small stakes holdem it is based on loose amature opponents and since many players have read this they have turned tight. How do you beat them do u tighten up or stop playing borderline hands such as qj k10 ? Should i use the stratagy in Holdem for advanced players book or just stick to SSH?
