50 Buffalo Shrimp
30 Buffalo Wings
6 Conch Fritters
A plate of onion rings
A burger (not sure the size, but pretty big) w/ tomato, onion, lettuce and bun
A plate of french fries
4 large cokes (probably like 100 oz.)

I /images/graemlins/heart.gif foooood

Edit- I also had 2 donuts (I /images/graemlins/heart.gif Krispy Kreme) and a glass of milk about 15 minutes later when I got home, does that count?

So you weigh 300 lbs?

Should we start a thread on this topic for people who aren't morbidly obese?

You must be a big boy.

I'd get stuffed after eating about 2 items on that list.

If you eat quickly it really isn't that difficult. If you talk and take breaks and have to wait for food, it catches up. The donuts were difficult, but I had to have them. Glazed with chocolate frosting!1

is it really a question about appetite? i think it's more a question of physical space.

Probably something about the size you described. Back in college at GT it was all southern bbq all the time. I haven't been keeping track of my records up to this point though.

[/ QUOTE ]

Large people tend to have a lot of fat around their stomach and that impedes it when it tries to stretch. Big fat people seem to be unable to eat really large amounts of food.

When I was in college, before I got fat pokering and programming for 7 years, I once ate 12 soft tacos from del taco (not much, obviously) followed by 8 cheeseburgers from in-n-out. Now I would be hard pressed to eat 1/4 of that.

It really isn't that much. Buffalo shrimp aren't that big. The other are medium sized, like a couple bites. The burger is big, but as long as you eat quickly it's definetly possible. I felt really gross afterward, but loved it while doing it.

daryn

i am aware of this phenomenon duke. still it's not a matter of appetite, it's a matter of how much your stomach can expand. not everyone who is very skinny can eat that much.

You also have to realize that tbach is 17 and still growing. My ability to consume food drastically changed for the less when I stopped growing. But that is ALOT of food to eat. You may just have one of those elastic stomachs. You should challenge Kobayashi to a hot dog eating contest.

You should have weighed yourself before and after you ate.

Then weighed yourself again after you took what must have been a life altering dump.

Wow, everybody thinks I eat a lot. I don't think I could eat as much as some of you. The most I ever ate at once is probably a 24 oz steak, a double side of fries, and a slice of cheesecake. It was a lot of fries. I /images/graemlins/heart.gif fries. I've also eaten a 2 lb. pot roast with mashed potatoes and corn.

I'm 5'9" and weigh about 130 lbs. And I'm 21.

If this is true, it is extremely impressive.

My biggest meal: Two 20-oz strip steaks and half an 11-oz filet mignon, a Caesar salad, 2 large baked potatoes with butter, sour cream, etc., various rolls/bread and a piece of tiramisu for dessert. I was at a nice steakhouse with a bunch of girls who weren't that hungry. I would have hated to see all that delicious meat go to waste.

Edit: Note: I am 5'9" and weigh about 170 lbs

A few years ago I was on the opie and anthony radio show for a contest inspired by the guy on Long Island who got so fat they had to knock part of a wall in his house out to get him out of it.... It was me and like 10 other guys they weighed us all in at the start of the show and then we proceeded to eat all the catered food we could over the course of the 4 hour show whoever gained the most weight by the end of the show won.... I ended up literally eating till i puked and still managed to gain 16 pounds in 4 hours....( My mom was so proud /images/graemlins/confused.gif)

Sadly I didn't even win the contest the guy that won did nothing but drink water for 4 hours.. apparently water is denser than food... he drank water non-stop for 4 hours and didn't piss once.... he deserved to win just for that feat alone....

this actually was a very good thing for me in hindsight.. after you eat till you puke it kinda puts things in perspective and I have lost about 150 pounds since this episode

My father grew up in upstate NY and as a young kid worked on a farm. Anyway, he had an eating contest and ate 26 farm stalks of corn. To me that's pretty ridiculous, but that doesn't challenge tbach. He's 6'2 200 so he's in good shape and he just eats so much. I think we finished off 2 lbs of pasta with sauce last time we got together.

farm stalk = corn on steroids

think like 2-3x volume normal corn.

Yeah it was plain old boiled corn on the cob I believe it was a chicken kind of deal and the other guy was done after 16.

But yeah, he said it was one of the worst feelings of his life and he has had a ton of issues with chronic pain so that is saying a LOT.

I had a friend who ate the entire Hardee's breakfast extra value meal, including hash browns and orange juice. I think it was ~7 different items. He was a hoss.

EDIT: This was the same man who did a 2 on 2 case race, one thirty pack a person. His team won in just over two hours, and his partner was a lightlweight, so the hoss ended having ~37 beers.

1 lobster
1 bowl of soup
3 dinner rolls
2 peices of pie
400 mussels

Some guy calculated it out to be around 5800 calories (not bad for a 140 lb kid).

I've run until I've thrown up a couple times. I've thrown up after lifting once. I've thrown up when sick, and I've thrown up after many a long night. Those are understandable.

But around 2002, at a Deadwood casino's crab-leg buffet, I actually ate so much that I hardly made it down the front steps before I had to turn and throw up on a tree. Clearly, this wasn't food poisoning or anything, since the food was delicious and its subsequent rejection occured immediately following the meal. It was simply too much food to be contained, and my body said, "No way, Jose."

I did the Applebee's all u can eat riblets thing and managed 14 baskets.

But the most I ever ate was either 12 full plates at a chinese buffet or the time I binge ate on christmas and had 3 one-half gallon containers of edy's ice cream and pizza.

I was 5 8 and weighed <140 lbs. Now I weigh 190 and can't eat nearly that much.

My biggest is probably:
A 40oz T-bone steak (bone included in weight), bowl of soup, side of mash potatos, and probably 6oz worth of bernaise sauce.

I haven't been able to eat as much in recent years, but my favorite lately is Baja Fresh's Burrito Dos Manos (burrito for two) enchilada style with a 8oz side of guac.

I'm 5'10'' and weight about 140.

If anyone has ever been to Claim Jumper before:

To start: 1/3rd appetizer platter (onion rings, fried veggies...etc.) Two 20 oz. beers (hef).

Entree(s): (already feeling quite full): The Ore Cart and the Widow Maker.

Ore Cart: 3 different racks of ribs, 1 full rotisserie chicken, cole slaw, 2 pieces of toast, buttered to the max.

Widow Maker: 2 large beef patties, surounded by guacamole, 3 strips of bacon, a few different types of cheese, onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo...etc. And steak fries to go with it.

My friends, after watching me consume this monstrosity of a meal, bet me my tab that I couldn't eat two desserts...

I won.

Dessert: Lemon Cream Pie and their Oreo Cookie Mudslide Cake.

After: I felt sick all the way home (literally couldn't breathe) and was on the verge of puking for the rest of the night. It was worse than the drunken pukes...because I was sober.

I'm never doing that again.

CN: Ate a lot at Claim Jumper ($100 after tip just for me), felt like I was going to puke.

As a side note, I was also once in a competition at work to see who could drink the most bottled waters (we get them for free), and I was able to finish 14 16 fl oz bottles of Talking Rain in an hour. I've never done that again (as I was peeing every 3 minutes) and also MULTIPLE people have told me I could've drowned myself.

(The other person got to 11 and couldn't drink anymore).

Back in High School my metabolism was pretty much at its peak. Back then Little Ceasar's used to have a deal where you got two medium pizzas, two orders of breadsticks and 2 two-liter cokes all for ten bucks. So me and a bud used to grab that order and split it. Not that much food really, except we used to eat it all an hour before basketball practice. Amazing we didn't throw up.

Jesus, Claim Jumpers probably has the largest portions of any restaraunt, ever. This is truely a feat.

Anyone of you super eaters, should come to portland and try to eat the 64oz steak they have at Old Country Kitchen. You have to eat everything(salad, side orders, etc) and its all free, if you fail, you owe like $60 bucks. My mom had a friend who achieved this once while he was in HS.

Exactly. Muffins don't have frosting. I won't revisit the whole cheesecake controversy, but I do appreciate the cow agreeing with me.

It's hard to say what my biggest meal ever was. I used to be a competitive swimmer and as such had an enormous appetite.

One afternoon I went to Pizza Hut for their buffet and ate 5 medium pizzas. One was vegetarian (probably shouldn't count), but four had varying meats on them. I threw up shortly after leaving the restaurant. I'm not even sure how those pizzas would compare to the giant steak dinners or OPs repast, but I think it was a formidable meal.

One morning after practice my mom made me pancakes (she makes them about 2.5 inches across, not huge griddle cakes) and I kept eating them with peanut butter and syrup on them until when I asked for more she told me I'd eaten the whole batch. 28 pancakes and I was still hungry, so I had 4 pieces of peanut butter toast. I can eat about 8 pancakes now, and I still have a very hearty appetite.

omfg, 5 medium pizzas!!!

I had
66 Orders of sashimi
That's 66x3 = 200 pieces.
And around 20-30 pieces of sushi.

When I got back home I had a bunch of nachos, lol.

I'm 5'5", 135 +/- 5lbs.
