I think I gave bad advice here. Help me do better. Who calls the allin?

400/800 TourneyTexasHTGameTable (NL) (Tournament 11798648) - Sat Apr 30 22:56:05 EDT 2005
Table Table 35052 (Real Money) -- Seat 4 is the button
Total number of players : 3
Seat 1: wais_ito (1963)
Seat 2: Hero (3717)
Seat 4: oli43 (2320)
wais_ito posts small blind (200)
Hero posts big blind (400)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ 5d, 4h ]
oli43 folds.
wais_ito raises (600) to 800
Hero calls (400)
Im not sure how I feel about this one. You are the chip leader and just calling the 400 seems wrong. I guess I would raise or fold. Most likely I would fold. I prefer to be the aggressor rather than the caller. Mathematically it is ok to call but you are committing 400 more chips.
** Dealing Flop ** : [ Jc, 6d, 4c ]
This is why I don’t like calling. You hit some of this flop but not enough. I think I would call his allin. There is 1600 in the pot and only 1163 to call, He might have A10, A9, etc. for no pair.
wais_ito bets (1163)
wais_ito is all-In.
Hero folds.
