Anybody here make more than 100 dollar a day on average, consistently over a long period?
My plan is to retire in 5 years time when the mortgage is paid off. Then make a modest living playing online poker. It's a better plan then working in B&Q (WalMart to you).

I've been playing just over a year and can well and truly say I'm at least break even, which is great because I got another five years to learn how to win.

sure i do

there are also days where i lose several hundred dollars

if i was using this to pay my bills at the end of the month, i'd probably have a god damn heart attack from the stress. the swings can just be horrendous.

$100/day is probably not hard if you're good at multitabling anywhere above the $11s (and maybe even at the $11s).

Lots of people make that. I'm one of them.

When I play a lot I make more than that per day. But I never make 100 a day. I make 400, lose, 200, win 300, win 40, win 250, lose, 300... those numbers are nowhere near my actual results but you get the point.

Haha yeah I agree. For instance, three days ago made $350. yesterday made $650 before losing $340. Today, lost $200 before making $500. Sigh... its a hard life....

$100 / day is not hard now. Whether or not that will be true in five years is an entirely different question.

It's not too hard to make 100 dollars a day. Just read everyday in this forum, take the game seriously, and apply yourself and your almost there. Just put in the time and you will be there sooner than you know it.

There are probably quite a few here that make 100$ a day in rakeback alone.

Isn't that about 50 109's? I'm disapointed thought you were racking up a bajillion of these things an hour? /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I was waiting for raptor to get in on this with his "I make more than that in rakeback"

Rakeback:
Rakeback is like a refund you get for your business. When an affiliate (advertiser) refers a player to a poker room, the poker room pays a referral fee to the affiliate. This is usually in the form of a % of the revenue (the rake) that the referred players generate. As an incentive to have players sign up through them, affiliates offer players a percentage of the referral fee.

Rakeback can add up to a significant amount, and there are players on this forum making 1k+ a week off rakeback alone.

Where is a good place to setup a rakeback deal? I play a lot of ring games mostly on PP and I think rakeback might benefit me. Thanks
