Well, the last round of Semi's, I didn't work that hard, I only had $25 invested, and surprisingly I didn't go that far. Last year's PPM, I worked hard and got killed at the short-handed tables. Lost 4 out of 5, 2-3 handed.
This time I am playing each day, with max chips. I have $300 invested. I also have continued to play one table sats each day after I won my seats. I'm hoping that a more complete player database will give me the edge I need to snag one of these cruises. Most of the PPM players are complete unknown players, mostly loose calling stations, but mixed in with them are real tournament players trying to get a cheap seat onto the boat.
I like the structure, with a large field and a flat pay-off structure.
