Stars 11+R turbo sats - should I play them, and how?

Just recently opened an account at Stars, to play some tourneys and break up the grind.

Wondering whether these 11+R turbo sats to the sunday 350k are worthwhile, or whether the structure is just too much.

So my questions:
1) worth playing?
2) should I rebuy right away? Normally I do in rebuy events, but with the capped prize, is it still worthwhile?
3) add-on? at what stack sizes?
4) how long do these take? 2-3 hours?
5) any words of wisdom appreciated
