A few simple questions part1

Ive been doing well as of late, but I seem to be folding in a lot of situations where I see others taking cards off or calling down.

For example, two loose players limp in MP(~30% VPIP I would guess) and SB completes and I check in BB with J2o. Flop comes KJ4 and two spades. SB checks and I check. One player bets and its folded to me and I fold.

I dont know if this is too tight. My thinking is that the pot is small and either I am behind a decent draw, or behind a much better hand(a K or a J better kicker).

I'd peel one here with 10SB's in the pot, its boarderline though
