UTG+1 is a 64 / 31 / 1.4
MP3 is a 17 / 14 / 1.4 and a regular whom I see at the table frequently.
CO is a typical party 15 player at 27 / 10 / 1.3

After the hand I was kicking myself for not raising the turn. The turn bettor could have any pair smaller than mine and it's unlikely the 3 helped him. It's more likely he's on a flush draw.

The preflop then check on K-high flop by MP3 screams flopped monster and I think it clouded my judgement.

Raise the turn here?

This is a tricky spot, but I think I like raising the turn and folding to a 3 bet.

Leading the flop and folding to a raise seems like a decent line.

sorry, those are pokertracker numbers.

The first one is the % of the time he voluntairly put money in the pot. THe second # is the % of the time he raises before the flop. THe third number is called aggression factor. An agression factor of 1.5 is considered aggressive. Anything over 2 is very aggressive. Anything under 1 is fairly passive.

Just some number to give you a general idea of the type of player.

MIght help more to say UTG is very loose and aggressive.
MP3 is probably reads the 2+2 boards...typical players around here are about 18/9/ 1.7ish
