problems with Neteller ?(and EmpirePoker)

I opened my Neteller account when I was abroad.
It was closed immediately "due to security reasons"
They told me it was because my IP-adress didnt match to my post adress. I have called three times after trip but they cant(dont want to)do anything !
I also lost 200$ with EmpirePoker when opened my account abroad, it was frozen immediately !

I have not had this problem before. I am sure if you call both support lines they will fix everything.

i used my neteller account when i was abroad and they froze it. i called them, they asked some security questions, and it was back up. something is missing from your story.

or you need to explain to them that you opened it from a remote computer and the one at 'address blah blah' is where you will be regularly accessing neteller. something along those lines.

I travel all the time and it seems that I can expekt problems in the future also. Maybe Neteller is better for those who stay mostly in home country.
It is sad that these companies cant help without phone calls. I have used tens of Euros for phone calls without help.
