What are the odds of winning the Partypoker Bad Beat Jackpot? The criteria being you must lose with quad 8s or better. Assume that there are 10 players, and nobody ever folds. Also, what are the odds of just being on a table where this bad beat occurs.

Very complex problem, hope some of you math wizs can figure this out.

I believe it was around 150000 to 1 -- it has been discussed several times in this forum, so you should be able to do a search (go back at least five or six months) and dig up the answer.

I seem to recall seeing the assertion that you have an overlay when the jackpot gets up over something like $250,000. Might have seen this in BonusWhores.
