if you want to be a professional poker player for your sole income, do you have to live in vegas? can you do it in LA? Bay area?

just curious, I have no itentions of even trying such a thing, but I think the life style is fascinating.

A good starter home for the pro is a '78 Cutlass. /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

I laughed so hard at the post about the '78 cutlass. But to answer your question anywhere there is a regular mid-high limit card game legal or illegal, pros will be. However, cities w/multiple cardrooms w/lots of players i.e. Las Vegas and LA, are the norm.

how many poker pros does it take to change a light bulb? at least 3...1 to actually do it, and 2 more debating the merits of his technique and how they couldve put it in better to extract less electricity or produce more light

"how many poker pros does it take to change a light bulb?"

This is an easy one, the answer is two.

One to be the lookout outside the men's room door of the apartment complex clubhouse. The other inside stealing the light bulbs from the men's room.

What's the difference between a poker pro and a large pizza?

A large pizza can feed a family of four.
