Seven in the ninth to win by one. Of course, the last team to do this was the 2001 Pirates, and I don't think it was their year. Still, the Cards are pretty impressive (not to say that they weren't last year too).

It was Graves pitching...aka the worst pitcher in baseball history.

They lost 2 out of 3 to the Braves this weekend. They are pretty damn good, but don't give them the NL pennant just yet.

I watch the end of that game - Great comeback. Started by Weathers (Sp?) walking hitters. Anyway, it was an aberration helped along by bad pitching and some hit balls that took weird hops. A three standard deviations from the mean type of inning. And then the Reds almost came back themselves.

Anyway, it is not the Cardinals Year. It's the Diamondbacks Year. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif (and then there is the Dodger team - Think Blue) /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'm a Cubs fan, and sadly, it is.

How does Danny Graves still have a job? Has he had a single outing this year where he didn't give up a run? Some closer.
