Why are you scared of him folding? You raise 60 pf and then bet 40 at the flop? Why? If he's going to pay you off he's going to pay you off. 3/4 pot the flop, bet the turn (I guess going for a CR is ok, but you set it up much better with a strong flop bet)...

On Edit: OOps, my bad... need to learn to read. Yeah, as the pf aggressor the continuation on the flop is fine, buy like strassa said - make it a normal continuation. If he play he play, nothing you can do about it.

I don't really like my play in this hand, but I can't figure out what I should have done differently. Pushing preflop is an option, but I don't want to race with AK and I don't want to find AA or KK.

I put him on 2 big cards or a smaller pocket pair which he would be easily folding on a paired flop if I bet 1/2 the pot or more and I badly wanted to be raised. I agree that my line was not very good but part of the problem was he never bet or raised with his aces.

This is a real tough spot in a super - some people are horrible and some won't raise anything under KK here. I think I do what you did. Tough luck to get this hand that early, you're doomed to either double up or (more often) lose chips on it unless you flop a set.
