I emailed UB about whether Aruba was 18+ this year and they sent me this response:
Dear thisguy,
According to our policies you must be at least 21 years old in order to play in our site and win a prize. I will recommend to check Aruba's gambling policies for further information.

You can gamble at 18 in Aruba, so does this mean the only way I can play in Aruba is by directly buying in (since you need to be 21+ to play on UB and win a seat)?
I'm confused, can anyone clear this up for me?
