reviewing hand histories

I was wondering if you guys could offer some tips on reviewing your sngs. Do you guys review every tournie that you play in? Also do you just look over them in the email or do you put them into the hand replayer? If you have any other tips for reviewing HH's I would appreciate it.

I do it when i am running very badly, or if i bust out of all 8 tourneys in a set. I want to make sure that it was because of variance and luck, and not because i was playing badly.

Replayer is a must for me, it makes it fun.
