The initial raiser in this hand is a maniac VP$IP > 40, PFR > 18. I have no stats on the first cold caller, but the second is a calling station.

I bet out, hoping that the initial raiser will raise to thin the field. I was nervous when he got two cold callers.

Should I have bet out again? I didn't want to face another raise, but the pot was getting too big to fold.

If he is indeed a maniac, I would definitely bet out the turn and hope he raised. Since he's a maniac he's likely raising with a worse hand and making the other 2 guys call 2 cold to stay.
