I was unsure of what to do here. I was thinking min raise might be a big hand and he's looking for action (but I went against that thought, as it was just a hunch), and I thought that the short stack push was looking for a HU showdown. I pushed, the initial raiser called w/ AA (the other guy had As,6s)

1) You didnt post buy-in.
2) You didnt post blinds.
3) You posted results.
the posters really cant help you( level 1 on a $6?, level 3 on a $33?)
