View Full Version : Cannot login to Eurobet

I just signed up for Eurobet's poker room to get the fifty dollar bonus. However, after a succesful sign up and a 200 dollar deposit, I cannot log in to the site. It just says login request in progress and never says success of fail. I have a partypoker account. Would this cause I problem?

make sure the menu to the right of your username says @ eurobet, not @ coral

Yes, it says Eurobet. Could anything else be causing this?

Have you transferred your money from sports betting account to poker account?

if the password you used during sign-up is longer then 10 charectors long try signing in using only the first 10.

I honestly feel like I'm never going to log in. Is there any potential that I may not ever seen this 200 dollars. Now I know this is a bit out there, especially considering Eurobet's outstanding reputation. But you start thinking you know?

even if you can never log in you can still use the cashier from the website so you'll get your money back /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I thought I remember reading somewhere that the site accepts passwords over 10 characters, but the poker software doesn't (note that I could have just remembered this incorrectly). If that's so, you should probably e-mail them for help in the matter.

Interesting...this has happened to me AND two other friends. It is orking for 2 of us now, but my one friend is still having problems. Have you signed in on other computers? I can sign my friend in on my computer but not his.

I know this is no help. Sorry.

My log in name and account name are different. I use one to log in and I have the other one at the tables.

I sent two e-mails, they offered me two different addresses, and I got an identical reply from both of them. This angered me, as it seems abundantly clear that the problem comes up quite often. I refused to be shuffled and deferred until I just gave up on the problem. I mentioned 2+2 after hearing one user get a free bonus after mentioning it to PartyPoker. Here is the e-mail(s) i was sent.

Dear Client,
Thank you for contacting us,
Due to our security policy we cannot give this kind of information
over the e-mailing service. Please contact us by telephone on 0800 440011 / 0044 1483 765893 (00350-76368 between 6:00pm to 10:30am)or use our "call me back" service.

Like hell, they can't tell me whats wrong because of security issues.

Ok it works now! I adhered to the advice of one of the earlier posters. I logged in in the computer lab of my college, and it worked. I was then prompted to pick a screen name different then my username. I came back to my dorm room and I logged on fine. Transferred my money from sports to poker, got my bonus, and plan to clear it tonight. Please let people in the future know this is how to fix it as I'm sure it will pop up again. I am disgusted with Eurobet's e-mails still, but at least they're giving me fifty dollars to play on their site when I would have just been doing the same on party otherwise.
