I sat down recently, both players seemed pretty agg over the last round or so

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, 4 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) A/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, SB raises, Hero folds...

Questionable parts:
Preflop. I was deciding between a call or fold, because of opp's agg I decided to call...
Flop and turn: do I ever bet here or call the turn here? I dont think they were maniacs or morons, just a little agg...

I probably wouldn't have called the flop bet.

I would have bet the turn, however.

What hands do you put UTG+1 on here. Given your line on the turn I think its a pretty good fold. You are behind all the decent Aces and splitting with the only broadway Ace that doesnt beat you.

At least by betting the turn you may be able to change someones mind about raising since you wake up and bet into the field. If UTG+1 gets trapped in between you and the raiser you have to decide whether he will 3-bet though. That would be a tough spot. I guess it depends on if SB caps. I guess its just must simpler by betting the turn since you got there.
