Here are some hands from the tourney that have me thinking. Any thoughts?

____________

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG (t900)
MP (t1645)
Button (t2805)
SB (t1320)
Hero (t2330)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t120</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls t120, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Weak?

Button (t1315)
SB (t4540)
Hero (t3145)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/club.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">Button raises to t400</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t900</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to t1315</font>, Hero calls t415.

I think this is fishy call on my part.

BB (t4690)
Hero (t4310)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/club.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t500</font>, BB calls t400.

Flop: (t1000) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t1000</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to t2500</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t3810</font>, BB folds.

Final Pot: t7310

I figured if he had called PF with a low PP and hit his trips, the board was scary enough to make him release his hand if I came back over the top.

BB (t6720)
Hero (t2280)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t600</font>, BB calls t450.

<font color="#CC3333">BB bets t6120 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls t1680 (All-In).

Not sure I like my call here. Should I have pushed PF? I figured HU with AK I wanted action.

1)I'd call.

2)I usually come over the top here in the first place. Once he 3 bets you have the odds to call if he shows you AA.

3 and 4)It's good that the first one worked out, but I make these types of plays approximately never. Maybe they're better in a 2+2 tourney, but there are better spots and hands to bluff with.

Not a chance. Who is folding trips here?

#2: You have to call after that raise. But I don't like the raise to start with. If you are raising here, might as well go all in --- he is not simply calling the 900 raise here anyways.

#3: Nice guts here --- given the level of agression HU in this tournament, I like it. But trust me, if I did have the trips here, there's no way I would have folded /images/graemlins/wink.gif
