Hey moron, find a picture you like online. Right click it and select "copy image location" go to "My Home" up by where your name is on the forum. Scroll to the bottom and click the personal information link. Scroll down and paste the address you copied and the click the radio button for URL to your avatar.

If you want to use a pic from your hard drive then use photobucket.com or something similar.
