You have a weak showdown hand with position, and can generally buy yourself a free showdown with the turn raise. Plus you're ahead of more hands that will call and stand pat than you're behind, and of course you're substantially ahead of anybody drawing. If you get three-bet, you've got an eight-out draw. But just assuming you're behind isn't a good idea.
