Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

SB (t618)
BB (t1492)
UTG (t2625)
MP (t1860)
Hero (t1405)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to t400</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, HERO?.

Final Pot: t700

MP had open raised to 2BB once each in the last two orbits. Both blinds had been playing weakly. My immediate first instint was to push and I suspect I just passed on a chance to win take down 700 easy chips.

Is the consensus that this is a pretty clear push? Its an 11, BTW.

Thanks for the replies.

Out of curiousity, what would your pushing range be here?

I'm guessing the consensus would be 77+ or 88+ with AK and possibly AQ?

TIA

I was thinking stop and go, but that's probably wrong. Yeah, push.

Do you guys even know what a stop and go is? im reading more and more wrong examples of how to execute a stop and go. You can not do a stop and go move if you are on the button calling a raise from MP.

by the way, this is a instant push from me. but i bubble alot also! lol

It's a reverse stop n go. You smooth call his raise and then smooth call his all in on the flop for deception.
