EV is slightly higher if you giggle while pushing on the turn

I guess the real question here is, is my overpair + my nut flush draw strong enough to check raise or check/call and push on the turn or river? Or should I push now and take it down?

Check raise and call an all in if he comes back over the top.

Why are you min-raising an UTG-Raiser? UB has a bet pot button for a reason.

And push that flop.

No, the real question is why did you only bet 400 preflop?

Is 4xBB a bad bet w/ aces?

After a raise yes.

BradleyT

I would raise to 600. That pretty much commits him which is a good thing.

unless he has pocket 7s, theres no card on the turn that can hurt you much, so why would you risk scaring him off on the flop? push him around on the turn, but you aren't losing much by checking on the flop. Oh yeah, and reraise more preflop and get more money in the pot when you have the better hand

That's pretty much the thought that entered my head after he folded...

I would reraise preflop to about 500-600.
