Villain in this hand is probably... 90/60, and is ultra aggressive

Prima .5/1 3 people at table

Hero is SB with Q4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
Villain is BB

fold to Hero who calls .25
Villain bets .50
Hero calls .50

Thoughts: he could have anything

Flop: J /images/graemlins/spade.gif Q /images/graemlins/club.gif 4 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Hero checks
Villain bets .5
Hero raises to 1
Villain raises to 1.5
Hero raises to 2
Villain calls

Thoughts: AQ maybe? Qx, Jx? Still anything could happen.

Turn: 4 /images/graemlins/club.gif

Hero bets 1
Villain raises to 2
Hero raises to 3
Villain raises to 4
Hero calls

Thoughts: I've got you now

River: 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
Hero bets 1
Villain raises to 2
Hero raises to 3
Villain raises to 4
Hero calls

Villain tables 5 5 and takes down the pot
Villain leaves table
Hero crys

Why I hate no-limit:

Hero is in MP1 with AQ. folded to hero, who raises, button calls and blinds fold. ace high flop, hero bets, is called, turn, hero bets, is called. River, hero bets, is called.

button has AK. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I play both games, but they have their own unique frustrations.

Or getting called down on a q-high flop and button has kk.

It just isn't right sometimes. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I can be pretty aggressive sometimes, so this tends to happen to me more than others.

Anyways, I thoughts I'd share a counter-rant.

Stuff like this is enough to make me go play LHE for a session or two. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I tend to swing between the two games. NLHE is a ton of fun, though. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
