that is very true, you did not raise. I guess ive had one too many to be posting right now and totally saw your flop bet as a preflop raise. My bad

Actually, raising with this hand from SB is a perfectly legitimate play as long as you raise big enough to win outright. I suggest raise to 3x pot.

Anyway, I would have folded to the river bet and move on. Most likely hand for villain is AXs or better since he obviously does not fear the turned flush.

maybe this is just a rationalization buy i've seen people take this line with trips trying to 'suck you in' so i think a call is ok
