It's a little late, and my technobabble dictionary has broken, could someone translate this for me please.

Its from Ultimate bet regarding Magic Palace....

Magic Palace Poker is powered by UltimateBet, the leading provider of online
card room software and support. What this means is that you have access to
the best software in the world and a highly trained customer support staff,
which will make your online poker playing experience more enjoyable. It also
means that UltimateBet will handle all of the deposits and withdrawals
associated with your card room play and will manage to your poker account so
you are provided with the best possible service.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,
Emma

Ok... so they told me what it means, but it seems pointless......

I'll try to clear up any confusion here.

You will play against the same players using the Magic Palace link as
UltimateBet.

Whatever bankroll you place in your personal account is valid by logging
into either Magic Palace Poker, or UltimateBet.

Since you are playing against both UltimateBet and Magic Palace Poker
players, the number of players connected to the site will be the same.

Hope this helps! As always, let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,
Emma

Lori,

Doesn't Truepoker do the same thing with an affiliate (Maxim)?

Well, Emma goes right up there with the very best in the customer service rep of the year race

I asked...

She replied.. (in minutes again)

Dear Lorinda,

I love your straightforwardness! LOL.

Well, Magic Palace wishes to provide the best in online poker that they can.
They believe (and I can't argue) that the software used at UltimateBet is
exactly that.

Sincerely,
Emma

Truepoker provides play money games for Maxum, its a different server but accessed from the usual TruePoker login screen. Magic Palace seems to be setup like UB-2 was, different program and name but it attached to the same server and same games. The only advantage I see is that there will be two advertising campaigns and they will combine any new customers they bring on to increase the existing UB player base. If magic palace has a good reputation n the gambling business, it could be a good idea, Although I have never heard of the Magic P.
