I cant fold on the turn right? no draws or anything. unless he flopped 2 pair on flop.

I'd probably raise more preflop. Your raise on the flop is way too small for sure. As far as calling the turn, I don't know, it really depends on the player.

In my opinion, you should be able to fold on the turn. This guy raised small on the flop, not even 1/3 of the pot, which is usually saying, "I have a good hand and I want to put more money in, but I don't want to scare off the player yet to act." The facts that you don't even have TPTK and you're still not sure what UTG might have make the fold easier. Of course, I am assuming that you had no read.
