why don't the sports threads end up in sports betting? i know most of the sports threads in oot are along the lines of "yankess/red sox suck/rule" and not about betting, but i'm just surprised they don't end up in sports betting is all.

People like to post in a forum that gets a lot of coverage. OOT can be guaranteed tons of responses in minutes, just about every other forum takes quite a while to get a good discussion going, especially a slow forum like sports betting.

Given that this is a poker/gambling forum, it doesn't seem appropriate to have multiple subforums for non-gambling subjects. If you add a sports forum, then what's next? Movies, music, video games...? I think we should just be happy that OOT exists at all.
