Interpoker Logon Issue

I just opened a Interpoker account today, and I am able to logon and play from my Desktop just fine. But if I try to logon from my Laptop I get an error message saying my account is not recongnized. Is this a known thing?

when the log-in box comes up hit the "activate" button and fill in the info they request. their software makes you go through this process if you decide to play on a different computer...
