I've been at the table for several orbits and have picked up a lot of raising hands like this one that have mostly missed the flop and I've been folding on the flop after prefold raising -- SB in particular seems to be be trying to steal my raised pots. I have also punished him severely for this about 20 hands ago - AA on 2x2Ax board, he had a big flush and we capped the river.

Please discuss my flop options here:

I would call and see what happens on the turn.

I don't see much that raising accomplishes. Pot's too big to fold, easy peel.

Fold.

I don't think 10-1 is worth trying to catch diamond diamond and I doubt a T would be good. I would fold.

I think the presence of BB and someone still to act behind you seals your fate in this hand. While you may often have SB bet, BB could easily have an 8, Q, PP, or flush draw. Button also CC you preflop and a Q is in many CC'ing hands. It would be a disaster if you called and it gets raised behind you. Given all these factors, I'd put the hand in the muck.
