Newbie computer Moron seeks help: Poker Tracker? Other?

I have never used any kind of software.

Just a quick look around seems to indicate Poker Tracker is best but I hear Party where I play is about to block it. Also I went to their site and the reports seemed very difficult.

Any advice or help? ANybody have hte patience to explain the value to me, what I Should use why?

I'm an admitted newbie and computer moron -- I play 5-10 and 10-20 on Party and am winning $6 an hour over about 300 hours.

Seemes very unlikely given that they changed their hand histories to store on c drive principally to accomodate it.

All it does is use hand histories - they are active in stopping bot-users though..
