Intercasino Question

Earlier this month I deposited at interpoker, but did not clear the bonus.

I just downloaded intercasino, hoping to clear the bonus today, and then clear the May bonus tomorrow. I made the deposit, but my withdrawal limit is the same as my balance.

Am I not eligible for the intercasino bonus this month?
