Does anyone know roughly how much rake is generated per table, per hour for each limit? Like, if someone signs up under an affiliate, how much (on average) is the affiliate going to receive for each of the different limits?

it depends on how many games you play, at what limits, the looseness of the game(somewhat), and the number of players in the game.

the average pot size at fixed limit is about 6-7 BB's. so figure out the rake based on the site's chart and then divide by the average number of players to generate the per-player revenue that the affiliate's commission will be based on.

for example at $2/4 full ring, the average pot size might be $24-28, which is generally raked $1. with 10 players dealt into the hand, each player is attributed 10 cents in rake revenue. figure 50 raked hands per hour would be $5, of which a typical affiliate would receive $1.50 of commission (30%), and then rebate the player he/she signed up with 25% rakeback of $1.25, leaving 25 cents left in profit.
