I think that I should definatly 3 bet the flop.

I'm curious mostly if anyone 3 bets the turn or plays the river differently ?

At least 3 bet the flop. If he caps the flop, then you may want to be concerned. Your flop play is only correct if you intend to 3 bet the turn.

Out of postion definetly 3 bet flop. He could be raising in a draw on a bluff thinking that you had 2 big cards. Make him pay. If he caps. I would still lead the turn. If raised again now you have a tough decision but with the absence if reads I would call down.

At 1/2 i seem to remember people almost never raising a made flush on the flop, even if it was weak. Even if this guy would, i 3 bet and if he caps, i bet the turn and 50/50 3 bet/call. if he caps turn i check/call any river. actually i probably take the same line if he just calls the flop 3 bet.
