It's used to dl music, videos. I stoped using it because it stoped working for me. I think you have to pay for it now.

You probably don't need to go to this extreme. Just uninstall it, run Ad-Aware and have it dump all the crap Kazaa put on there.

Yes, exactly. Ares is all you need for music. If you want to dl a lot of videos I recomend Limewire.

As far as software goes download the client from www.bittorrent.com (http://www.bittorrent.com), and www.torrentspy.com (http://www.torrentspy.com) is usually reliable to find good torrents. This is the best option if you are looking to download full albums and the download rates are alot better.

if anything get kazaa lite. ares lite stopped working for me so i use limewire now. im fine with it. limewire > kazaa lite

I unstalled it. It definitely loaded me up with spyware. i ran spybot and adaware and still didnt get it all. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif
