Flop - there are a lot of people here and the only threat you have of losing on the turn is a) someone hitting their inside st8 (54 for ex), or b) someone setting their overpair (so very, very slim). With that said, why bet at the flop? Check and wait for someone to bet, then call them (hopefully a few others will follow suit).

On the turn, I might check-call if i think the original bettor will bet again (if he has A7 or something, you can count on it) but your move is ok. Same goes with after the river...maybe check-raise, but your bet is fine.
