Just a reminder how funny it is to be a noob.

I disclosed to my Dad this past week how much money I've made playing poker this year. He's a top 5 (he told me) software engineer for Lockheed Martin (makes like missile defense systems from submarines or something). So he's a math geek. And a huge game person, likes chess, etc.

So I introduce him to 2+2 and direct him to "Beating the party, $10+1, part 2."

No serioulsy though, a newcommer to 2+2 can easily get lost in the lingo that you take for granted. I'm relatively new to these boards, I have read several books, and am a winning player but I was totally lost when I started surfing here.
