Empire Inter-Account trannys

It's not working right now for me. I get an error that says this, among other things:

An error occurred at line: 3 in the jsp file: /my_account/interaccountep/transfermoneyapp.htm

Generated servlet error:
[javac] Compiling 1 source file


Is anyone else able to transfer? I get to the screen where I have 2 options 1) Transfer Money 2) Back to Main Page ... after selecting 'transfer money' I get the error page.
